He can. If you believe the back stories, the Hulk just keeps getting bigger and stronger the angrier he gets, whereas Superman has an upper limit - which is, of course, hysterically UP THERE, but still, finite. Granted, the Hulk might be big as Godzilla and capable of breaking planets over his head, but eventually he WILL get mad enough. Proof? Well, the Hulk is basically the same idea as Doomsday, who did, eventually, beat Supes to death.
